Q: What’s included in a haircut service?
A: Consultation, shampoo + relaxing head massage, precision cut, and a blow-out.

Q: Can I bring a photo for inspiration?
A: Absolutely! We love references. It helps us understand exactly what you want.

Colouring & Perms

Q: Will colouring or perming damage my hair?
A: Our stylists will make recommendations depending on your current hair health as well as ways to maintain healthy hair even after chemical treatments. We also have an ammonia-free hair colouring option!

Hair Length Chart

Q: How do I know if my hair is considered short, medium, or long for booking?
A: You can refer to our Hair Length Chart below for guidance. Different lengths may affect service duration and pricing, so checking before booking helps us prepare the best experience for you.

Booking & Walk-Ins

Q: Do I need to book, or can I walk in?
A: Walk-ins are welcome, but booking is best to avoid waiting and secure your preferred stylist.

Q: How do I book?
A: Use our [Online Booking Page], call us, or message us on Instagram. 

Q: Can I request a stylist?
A: Yes—just let us know when booking, and we’ll match you with your preferred stylist.

Fixes & Guarantee

Q: What if I don’t love my result?
A: We offer free fixes within 7 days of your original appointment—cut tweaks, color corrections, etc.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: No refunds, but we’ll adjust your style or service until you’re fully happy.

Hair Health & Aftercare

Q: Do you offer treatments?
A: Yes—scalp detox, deep moisture, and protein repair treatments are available as add-ons or standalone services.

Q: How can I keep my color/perms long-lasting?
A: We’ll recommend custom aftercare and products during your appointment.

Q: Where is Air Hair Salon located?
A: 794 Richards St, Vancouver BC — 5 minutes from City Centre Station.

Q: What languages do your stylists speak?
A: English, Japanese, and Korean.

Q: Is there parking nearby?
A: Paid street parking (up to 2 hours) is available on Richards St. Additional public parking lots (underground & above ground) are also available across the street from our salon. 

Rewards Program

Q: How can I view my points?

A: You can view your points by logging into your fresha.com account using the email we have on file.

Q: I don't have or never created a Fresha account, how do I view my points?

A: If you've never created a Fresha account, you can contact our team to confirm the your e-mail address on file. Once we've updated your e-mail, you can use the "forgot password" feature to complete creating your account.

Q: I don't have an e-mail or do not want to provide me e-mail address. Can I still collect points?

A: Absolutely! We will help you earn points even if you don't have Fresha account setup. You can always ask our Reception or your stylist to see how many points you have and we'll remind you of any rewards you are eligible for.

Q: My whole family comes to this salon, can I combine all our points into one account?

A: Although we are unable to combine your profile's, we understand that sharing is caring! When making a booking online or over the phone, please make sure to use the primary account holder's name to complete your booking, and just let our team know who will actually be coming to the appointment. Eg. "My name is Zach and I'd like to book an appointment for tomorrow. Please book it under my mother's name, Natalie, so we can collect points"

Q: Do my points expire?

A: Yes, if you do not use your points within 2 years to exchange for rewards, any unused points will expire.

Policy

1. Service Understanding & Results Acknowledgment
Hair services, including cutting, coloring, bleaching, perming, and treatments, may not produce exact results and vary depending on my hair’s condition, history, and response to products.

2. Chemical Service Disclaimer
Services involving bleach, lighteners, perms, and other chemical treatments may cause dryness, breakage, scalp sensitivity, or other reactions. I release [Salon Name] and its staff from any liability related to these risks.


3. Hair History Disclosure
Client must disclose all previous hair treatments, including box dyes, chemical relaxers, bleach, keratin, and other procedures, which may affect my service results.

4. Aftercare Responsibility
Results are dependent on proper at-home care, and the salon is not responsible for issues arising from neglect or failure to follow care instructions.

5. Refund & Correction Policy
Services are non-refundable. Clients may request a correction within 7 days of my appointment.

6. Medical Conditions / Allergies
Clients must inform stylist of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect the service.
